Revellers cited several reasons for relying heavily on services like Bolt and others. Heavy congestion around major venues, hotels, airports and popular nightlife spots made personal driving stressful, while the search for parking often turned into a frustrating ordeal, the report revealed.
Many opted to book rides instead, allowing them to avoid the hassle and focus on enjoying the moment, it added.
