Regally Africa Limited has stepped up its real estate operations in Nigeria, with active developments underway in Lagos and Abuja. The company said the expansion follows its entry into the market after a period of planning and land acquisition aimed at meeting demand for housing and commercial property.
The firm operates under the leadership of its Managing Director, Michael Ademiluyi, and is directing its efforts towards areas that play a central role in Nigeria’s property market. Its strategy centres on aligning project delivery with customer needs, long-term use, and community integration.
According to the company, its developments are designed to address gaps between housing demand and supply, while supporting orderly urban growth. The approach places emphasis on design standards, construction process, and project delivery timelines.
“At Really Africa Limited, our vision extends beyond mere construction; we are focused on creating enduring value for our clients and stakeholders,” Ademiluyi said.
“Our current strides in Lagos and Abuja are a testament to our commitment to bridging the gap between demand for high-quality housing and actual delivery. We prioritise sustainable design and meticulous execution to ensure every project stands as a model of contemporary African living.”
In Lagos, Regally Africa is advancing projects across both the Island and the Mainland. In Lekki and Ajah, the company is developing residential estates that reflect changing lifestyle and work patterns linked to commercial activity in the corridor. In Surulere and Ikeja, its focus is on housing and mixed-use developments that offer proximity to business districts, transport links, and social services.
In Abuja, the company’s activities span several districts within the Federal Capital Territory. At Katampe Extension, Regally Africa is developing housing units aimed at buyers seeking privacy and defined living spaces. In Lugbe and Apo, projects are targeted at households looking for access to housing outside the city centre, while remaining connected to employment zones.
The company stated that it works with local professionals and community stakeholders during planning and execution stages. It added that material selection and site management are guided by project needs and regulatory requirements.
Regally Africa said its goal is to deliver developments that support housing access, economic activity, and urban planning across Nigeria’s major cities.
