Shifting Desire leads the pack, starring Lilian Afegbai alongside veteran actor Majid Michel. The gripping drama explores marriage, intimacy, betrayal and a couple’s therapeutic journey to rebuild trust. It premiered on December 2 and is currently streaming free.
Next is Johnny Just Come (JJC), a cultural comedy – featuring legendary actress Patience Ozokwor and charismatic Nancy Isime. The film follows an American man navigating love and marriage within a traditional African household, examining themes of family, identity and cultural coexistence.
The third one is Bound – an emotional family drama – starring Rita Dominic and Eyinna Nwigwe. It follows a high‑flying career woman confronting deeply buried personal secrets and the ripple effects on her family life.
Lastly is Eko Vibes, a youth comedy/hustle which captures the relentless pulse of Lagos youth culture with Broda Shaggi, Josh2Funny and Nkechi Blessing, showcasing ambition, humor and the resilient spirit of young Lagosians striving for success.
Globacom explained that Shifting Desire is already streaming, while the other three blockbusters will debut free of charge during the festive Yuletide season.
