European-based Nigerian businessman and ECOWAS Youth Ambassador, Chiedozia ThankGod Emeghara, has announced plans to launch Cereszonic, a digital platform that brings e-commerce, fintech, and cryptocurrency services into one system.
Speaking about the project, Emeghara said the goal is to create a space where Africans and users across the world can trade, shop, and transact securely. “Cereszonic represents a vision far beyond an ordinary fintech or retail solution,” he explained. “It’s a digital lifestyle platform designed to empower individuals, merchants, and businesses to thrive in the evolving global economy.”
Developed under his parent company, Oligarchs Holdings, the platform aims to simplify how people interact with technology in daily life, from buying products and paying bills to trading digital currencies. “We are building an ecosystem where commerce meets innovation,” Emeghara said. “It’s about creating access and making sure that everyone, from small business owners to everyday users, can be part of this new economy.”
Cereszonic will include a multi-vendor marketplace where users can shop online, pay utility bills, and manage routine payments. It will also feature peer-to-peer cryptocurrency trading, connecting verified buyers and sellers of digital assets such as Bitcoin and Ethereum. “We want people to have options,” he noted. “Whether it’s buying something, paying for a service, or trading crypto, they should be able to do it all in one place.”
The platform will introduce a digital wallet that supports both fiat and cryptocurrencies. Users will be able to store, send, and receive funds. A gift card hub will also be available, offering Cereszonic-branded cards and international options for payments, gifting, or rewards.
Emeghara said the idea for Cereszonic was inspired by the need to give Africans access to digital finance tools that are simple, secure, and trustworthy. “We’re in a time where digital inclusion is no longer optional, it’s essential,” he said. “With Cereszonic, we’re bridging that gap. We’re helping more people take part in global trade and financial systems without barriers.”
He added that the platform also supports local businesses that face challenges with visibility or access to payment systems. “We are launching a movement toward digital empowerment,” he said. “Our platform will connect Africa to the world through technology, commerce, and finance, all within one simple interface.”
The initiative aligns with the wider plans of Oligarchs Holdings, which operates across technology, finance, logistics, real estate, and media.
Emeghara said Cereszonic aims to support Africa’s digital growth by opening new paths for investment, innovation, and inclusion. “This is not about competing with global players,” he concluded. “It’s about creating our own solutions, built by Africans, for the world.”
The launch date will be announced in the coming weeks, with early access planned before full release.
