Michelle Omiyale, a Nigerian London based coach and leadership mentor, has launched the ‘Ruthless Execution Challenge’ initiative – a free three-day virtual programme designed to help participants translate their goals into measurable year-end achievements.
The programme, scheduled to commence on November 12, is open to professionals, entrepreneurs, students, creatives, and individuals from all walks of life who are determined to convert their plans into tangible results.
Participants will be guided to identify one meaningful goal and pursue it with focus, clarity, and discipline over the course of three days.
Speaking about the inspiration behind the challenge, Omiyale stated that the initiative aims to bridge the gap between planning and performance through intentional, results-driven action.
“It is not about being in charge,” she explained. “It is about being charged with purpose, clarity, and the courage to show up.”
As the year draws to a close and many reflect on unfulfilled aspirations, Omiyale is urging leaders, professionals, and individuals alike to embrace what she terms “leadership in motion.”
According to her, leadership is not defined by title or position but by consistency, responsibility, and the courage to act. “Leadership is not a position – it is a rhythm of responsibility and courage,” she said.
Omiyale’s coaching philosophy combines principles of personal accountability, emotional intelligence, and consistent execution – an approach she applies both in her professional practice and in her personal life.
As a mother and team leader, she views leadership as an opportunity to build legacy through example. “My children do not just hear what I say – they become what I consistently do,” she noted.
In her professional capacity as head of a team of presentation designers, Omiyale emphasized that empathy and human connection as crucial elements of performance. “Empathy is not a soft skill; it is a strategic tool,” she remarked.
Beyond her business endeavours, she is actively involved in mentoring young minds and coordinating a team of 23 Sunday school teachers, underscoring her belief that leadership extends beyond the workplace. “True leadership multiplies impact through others,” she observed. “It is not glamorous, but it is glorious.”
The Ruthless Execution Challenge also serves as a precursor to Omiyale’s forthcoming programme – Get It Done in 14 Days Challenge, which is set to begin on November 17. The subsequent challenge will provide a deeper exploration of clarity, consistency, and courageous execution.
She affirmed her commitment to redefining leadership for a generation eager to move from intention to impact.
“This challenge is for anyone who desires to finish the year strong by demonstrating that execution – not intention – is the true measure of success,” she said.
