…Trains 250 participants
Zenytal Properties, through its professional training arm, Zenytal Real Estate Academy, has successfully trained over 250 participants as part of its effort to bridge the professional manpower gap in Nigeria’s real estate industry.
The real estate company concluded the second cohort of its flagship 3-Day Real Estate Proficiency Course, which is focused on equipping real estate practitioners with the skills, ethics, and strategic insights required for sustainable success in the property market.
According to the academy, through structured learning programmes, mentorship, and certification, it is building a strong community of innovative, ethical, and empowered real estate leaders across Africa.
Baruwa Ibrahim, dean of the Faculty, said the Academy is committed to raising the next generation of real estate leaders capable of driving sustainable growth in the industry.
Ibrahim said that the goal of the institution is to build Africa’s largest network of trained and certified real estate marketing professionals, equipped with strategic knowledge, ethical grounding, and innovative thinking.
The three-day course concluded with a Certificate Award Ceremony recognising participants for their dedication and successful completion of the program. Graduates from this cohort are now better equipped to excel in real estate marketing, investment advisory, and compliance-driven practice.
The intensive capacity-building program focused on equipping participants with essential knowledge and skills shaping the future of the real estate industry. Core modules covered included Real Estate Intrapreneurship, Understanding Real Estate Investment, Etiquette and Professionalism, Branding Essentials, Online Lead Generation, and Legal Compliance in Real Estate Transactions.
The course was facilitated by seasoned industry experts and thought leaders, including Afolayan Abiodun, managing director and CEO of Zenytal Properties; Moyosoreoluwa Eleso, a brand communications and media professional; Olusola Areo, co-founder of Landmark Development Limited; Edet Ukut, head of Digital Marketing, Zenytal; Tolulope Babalola, director of Legal at Zenytal Properties; and Baruwa Ibrahim, dean of Faculty at the Zenytal Real Estate Academy.
Their combined expertise provided participants with a well-rounded understanding of the business, marketing, and legal dimensions of real estate practice.
Participants also benefited from an insightful regulatory session on LASRERA compliance, delivered by Shomorin Adeyinka, chief estate officer and head of the E-Care Unit at the Lagos State Real Estate Regulatory Authority (LASRERA), who emphasised the importance of transparency and adherence to government policies in property dealings.
With this successful cohort, the Zenytal Real Estate Academy continues to strengthen its reputation as a leading platform for capacity building and professional development in Nigeria’s real estate sector. The next cohort is expected to attract even more practitioners eager to refine their skills, expand their professional networks, and contribute to the transformation of the property market.
