The Global Alliance for Artificial Intelligence (GAFAI) has announced the appointment of Victor Omoboye as a Global AI Delegate. The appointment recognises his leadership and commitment to advancing responsible and human-centred artificial intelligence.
Victor Omoboye is a Data Scientist, Agentic AI Engineer and AI Research Author with more than four years of experience in data science and automation. He has worked across healthcare, finance, Web3 and e-commerce, where he has built agentic AI systems for business operations, developed predictive models for decision-making and designed AI tools that support healthcare delivery.
He holds an MSc in Data Science from the University of Roehampton, London, and professional certifications in Full Stack Data Science, Analytics and Machine Learning. His research focuses on Human-AI Collaboration and the ethical governance of AI, highlighting the need for technology that empowers people.

As a Global AI Delegate, he will support GAFAI’s mission to promote international cooperation, responsible AI use and global standards that align technology with social well-being.
