The Bauchi State Police Command has successfully arrested a 19-year-old boy, Abdulmalik Isma’il of Karofin Madaki and 20-year-old Abubakar Saleh of Doya community for house breaking and robbery.
In a press statement signed by the spokesman of the command, Ahmed Wakil and issued to journalists in Bauchi. Said the suspects were arrested by operatives attached to the C Division Police Headquarters, Bauchi.
The items recovered from the suspects include the Jincheng motorcycle, two knives, and a Redmi GSM phone.
He said that the arrest of the suspects was through the quick response of the public after one of the suspects attempted to rob a woman in her residence.

He further said that the suspect was apprehended by neighbours and handed over to the police.
The press statement added that the command Commissioner, Sani-Omolori Aliyu, commended the efforts of the vigilance of the public and reiterated the Command’s commitment to maintaining law and order in the state.
Sani-Omolori urged people to remain law-abiding, security-conscious, and to continue to provide the Police with credible information to rid the state of individuals with criminal intentions.
