The allocation of Askariot City Phase 1 in Kajola Oke Ore, Ogun State, has placed Askariot Homes Ltd among the few real estate firms in Nigeria delivering on promises within record time.
On 27 September 2025, the company, led by its Managing Director, Amb. Kayode Aloyinlapa, handed over plots to investors less than a year after subscriptions opened. This comes at a period when concerns are rising in the real estate sector about firms that sell receipts without fulfilling allocations.
Askariot City is positioned as a premium residential estate and is accessible through the Atan–Owode Expressway or via Sokoto Road in Atan, making it part of Ogun State’s fast-developing corridor. According to Aloyinlapa, the allocation is evidence of the company’s commitment to transparency and its vision of providing long-term value for subscribers.
He noted that Askariot Homes Ltd is “not only selling plots but creating a community where investors’ dreams are secured.” The Phase 1 allocation welcomed men and women who, having subscribed early, now officially hold land titles in the development.
The event was described as both a business achievement and a symbolic step for the company. As Ibadan marked the coronation of its new traditional ruler, Oba Rasheed Adewolu Ladoja, Askariot City also recorded its own landmark moment by recognising its first group of landowners.
For many of the new allottees, the process represented more than land documentation. It marked the start of building wealth, securing ownership, and participating in the shaping of a new residential hub.
“Welcome to Askariot City. Welcome to the future.”
