Sepha Energies Limited, a pioneering 100 percent woman-owned and woman-led oil and gas servicing company, has officially launched with a promise of innovation, inclusion and dynamism at the core of its operation.
With a young CEO in her 30s and a youthful, vibrant workforce, Sepha Energies provides Directional Drilling, Wireline Logging, Well Completion, Well Intervention, and Stimulation services in partnership with global leaders in the industry. The firm aims to expand its footprint across Nigeria and West Africa with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and inclusive growth.
Since inception, Sepha Energies has participated in high profile industry events within the Nigerian oil and gas industry, including the Nigeria Annual International Conference and Exhibition (NAICE), which brings together leaders, experts, and practitioners to discuss the latest trends and advancements in the power and energy landscape.
“As a young Nigerian woman leading Sepha Energies, I am proof that our industry’s future can be shaped by innovation, courage, and inclusion,” said CEO, Sandra Ekpe Agho, who has been vocal on advocacy to support local content, youthful female and female participation, and indigenous innovation in Nigeria’s oil and gas industry.
According to Agho, “for supply chain to remain resilient, local service providers must have access to adequate funding to scale, invest in assets, and meet the technical demands of operators; a cause Sepha Energies is committed to championing as part of its long-term growth strategy.”
Sepha Energies anchors its growth on four pillars consisting of Technology, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Policy Frameworks.
Sepha Energies’ unveiling was officiated by the Honourable Minister of Petroleum Resources (Gas), Rt. Hon. Ekperikpe Ekpo, alongside other distinguished industry leaders at the company’s exhibition booth during the 2025 NAICE exhibition.
In his remarks, the Minister commended Sandra Agho’s leadership and pledged his support, noting the significance of Sepha Energies being among the very few women-owned and woman-led oil and gas servicing companies in Nigeria.
According to the CEO, while Sepha Energies is a new name in the market, it builds on the proven operational track record of Noranova Resources Company Limited. The transition was driven by a strategic goal: to position the company to access funding for two major asset acquisitions in partnership with leading global OEMs in Nigeria. Securing this funding required formal recognition of Sepha Energies as a fully woman-owned and woman-led servicing entity, a milestone now achieved.
With a growing client base, strong global alliances, and a clear vision for the future, Sepha Energies is poised to expand its market presence, build local capacity, and deliver sustainable value to clients and communities.
“The company is advancing plans to partner with leading global OEMs to introduce cutting-edge well diagnostic tools into the Nigerian market, setting new benchmarks for operational efficiency and reservoir understanding.
“In addition, Sepha Energies is preparing to roll out a well completion inventory plan in partnership with one of the Big Four international oil and gas servicing companies. This initiative will ensure critical tools and equipment are readily available in-country, enabling faster mobilization, reducing downtime, and creating opportunities for Nigerian SMEs.”
“This is just the beginning you can count on Sepha Energies for future collaboration, partnership, and sponsorship as we work together to build a truly sustainable energy future for Nigeria,” the CEO added.
