Speaking after the retreat, Babafemi Ayotunde, Head of Retail Sales Agency, described the programme as an opportunity to build stronger connections within the team. He said: “The retreat was a timely reminder of the power of collaboration. Bringing managers, stakeholders, and facilitators together created a space where ideas flowed and solutions emerged. It reaffirmed our commitment to building a stronger, more innovative retail sales force.”
A panel discussion provided a platform for internal stakeholders to highlight ongoing organisational transformations. Discussions centred on how digital tools and processes are being deployed to strengthen sales and streamline business operations. Managers also received practical solutions designed to support both immediate implementation and long-term strategy.
Also reflecting on the event, Agency Manager Kenechukwu Enukora noted its impact on his team’s approach. He said, “The retreat was refreshing. I left with new ideas and tools that I can immediately apply to help my team perform better. It also reminded me why teamwork and innovation are essential for growth.”
The retreat forms part of Coronation’s ongoing efforts to develop its people, empower its agency network and strengthen its role in Nigeria’s insurance industry.
