Bvndle Loyalty Limited, an investee company of VFD Group, has announced the Bvndle Rewards Festival, a large-scale customer appreciation event set to take place in Lagos. Scheduled for 14–15 November 2025, the event will bring together more than 5,000 participants and over 70 speakers across business, technology, lifestyle, and culture.
The two-day festival will be held in Victoria Island and aims to redefine how customer loyalty is recognised and rewarded. Organisers say the event will feature interactive sessions, brand showcases, live performances, and a closing concert. Customers will also be honoured through various awards.
According to Ikechukwu Nwaguru, Managing Director of Bvndle Loyalty Limited, the event is built around the idea that customer relationships are at the heart of brand success. “Loyalty is not a metric, it’s a relationship,” he said. “In an era where brand trust is becoming harder to earn and even harder to retain, the Bvndle Rewards Festival offers something unique for brands and their customers.”
Nwaguru added that the festival is not just an event, but a movement. “This is more than an event; it is a bold movement. It’s our way of saying, ‘we see you, and we celebrate your loyalty in full colour.’”
The organisers have hinted at a strong line-up of speakers and special guests, including industry leaders and cultural figures. Details about the full programme, ticketing, and sponsorships will be released soon.
The event is designed to create a shared space for brands and customers to interact directly. It also gives businesses the chance to connect with high-value audiences and build longer-term engagement through trust and recognition.
In a fast-paced environment like Lagos, the Bvndle Rewards Festival offers a break for both brands and consumers to reflect on the importance of loyalty. “We’re creating a world-class experience that puts the spotlight on those relationships — the customers who keep showing up, the brands that consistently deliver, and the communities that turn everyday engagement into something meaningful,” Nwaguru said.
The Bvndle Rewards Festival marks a shift in how businesses view and celebrate customer loyalty in Africa. It provides a platform for open exchange, direct engagement, and shared value.
