The National Co-ordinator of the Association of Nigerian Women Business Network (ANWBN), Yeye Otunba Olugbemisola Opeyemi Oduntan (née Obayan), who passed away on Wednesday, 30 July 2025, will be laid to rest on Thursday, 7 August.
She was 65.
According to the funeral arrangements released by the family, a commendation service will be held on Wednesday, 6 August, at the Anglican Church of the Ascension, Opebi, Lagos, at 9:00 a.m., followed by a wake-keep at St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Iworo, Ijebu Ode, Ogun State, at 5:00 p.m.

The funeral service will take place on Thursday at the same church in Iworo, after which a private interment will be held for the immediate family.
Yeye Oduntan is survived by her husband, Otunba Oluseyi Oduntan, and their children: Olanrewaju and Abimbola Oduntan, Oladapo and Folasade Oluwasanya, Taiwo Olaolu Oduntan, and Ajibola and Kehinde Ololade Ayedogbon. She is also survived by grandchildren, including Isabel, Sofia, and Asher.
Friends, family, and business associates are expected to gather to honour her life, which was marked by service, faith, and commitment to women’s empowerment in Nigeria.
