Princess Medical Centre was founded by Emi Membere-Otaji, a medical doctor turned astute businessman, and brings a 60-bed multi-specialist setup featuring 3–4 operating theatres, ICU and dialysis unit, fully automated laboratory, and specialized services in cardiology, renal care, physiotherapy, pain management, obstetrics & gynaecology, paediatrics, orthopaedics, general surgery, Audiometry Suite and assisted reproduction.

With merger Princess Medical Centre will keep its name, all staff will have their jobs in continuum while I will remain as a director of the R-Jolad Hospital group and shareholder of the parent AfyaCare” he said.”
