THE PRINCESS SWITCH (2018)
Welcome to another Christmas movie review, this week we are talking about a Christmas that talks about two ladies who were identical. Let’s get to the story, Stacy was a Chicago based baker, she was young, pretty and very organized. Stacy never believed in being spontaneous, she had just broken up with her boyfriend, and so wanted a quiet Christmas but friend Kevin and his daughter had other plans, they had filed for her bakery to attend the baker’s competition in Belgravia, they must convince her to attend and they did. On arrival at the venue for the competition Stacy bumped into Margret who looked exactly like her, they both couldn’t believe it and they were left in shock. In the course of their conversation, Margaret came up with a crazy plan, which she had to convince Stacy to plan along with her. THE PRINCESS SWITCH: SWICTHED AGAIN (2020)
This is another Christmas movie, well just after seeing “The Princess Switch” I felt it was necessary to just see the next sequel only to find out that there was also a part 3, but well for now we will be reviewing part 2. In this sequel another switch occurred again, but this time Stacy who is now married to the Prince will have to switch with Margret who needs to spend some more time with Kevin, her boyfriend who she broke up with 6 months earlier. Margaret was called to return back to her town 6 months earlier to become the new Queen and this affected her relationship, and the array of meetings didn’t give her time to make amends and discuss the challenges they faced with Kevin. Well, you will need to go check out the movie to see if their plans worked this time and if Kevin and Margaret were able to amend their relationship. THE GREAT FLOOD (2025)
After watching loads of Christmas movies, I was glad and super excited to watch something other than a romantic movie, but for some weird reasons, this movie wasn’t as fantastic as I expected. I was disturbed as the back and forth were so much, that I almost gave up before the end of the movie. This movie reminded me of Inception, but maybe a poorer version. The change of number on her T-shirt also reminded me of “Squid game”. In this movie a young woman who had a son woke up to see that their room which was on a very high level was already flooded, she was left in shock and suddenly she gets a call saying that a helicopter was coming to pick them up if only they could make it to the roof top. That faithful day could be their last day on earth, if they do not hurry to the top. You will need to check out this movie to find out if they survived, you will need to pay attention or else you will get lost and confused. The 108m Korean, Sci-Fi, drama, action movie was directed by Ki Byung-woo, they featured actors like Kim Da-mi, Park Hae-soo, Kwa Eun-seong, Yu-na, Park Byuang-eun, Jeon Hye-jin, Kang Bin etc.
