In June 2025, Toronto, Canada, will host an elite gathering of senior policymakers, government officials, private sector leaders, and entrepreneurs from across Africa and Canada, all coming together for the inaugural Schulich x HumanSquad Executive Leadership Program and AfriCanada Summit.
Organised by HumanSquad, a leading study abroad and immigration company, in partnership with the Schulich School of Business Canada and with the support of the Canadian High Commission, this groundbreaking initiative aims to bridge two continents through leadership development, innovation, and diaspora engagement.

The program
Participants will embark on a 3-day in-person executive training at the globally renowned Schulich School of Business, ranked #1 in Canada for career progress and consistently listed among the world’s top business schools by The Economist, Forbes, and QS Global MBA Rankings.
The curriculum is tailored for:
- Senior policymakers and government officials
- Private sector executives and founders
- Diaspora leaders and high-impact entrepreneurs
Beyond training, attendees will attend the AfriCanada Summit that will convene high-level voices from:
- Global Affairs Canada
- The Office of the Government House Leader
- Canadian and African investors, policymakers, and academics
