Two leading pan-African real estate investment and development firms – African Capital Alliance and Elalan Group—have assured of plans to deliver the first phase of the Blue Water Residences, a blend of contemporary luxury apartments and state of the art retail mall in Lagos, this year.
Andrea Geday, Group Managing Director, Elalan Group, disclosed in a statement that the group was on track to deliver phase one of the project, located in the Lekki area of the city in 2019.

The innovative retail mall with top brand shopping will provide products for the residences.
He stated that the developments also offer prospective buyers attractive return on their investments through rental yield and capital growth.
