The paper will be presented this morning at the second edition of the Ghana Economic Outlook and Business Strategy Conference in Accra, where the country’s president, John Dramani Mahama is expected to be present. The forum aims to attract Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) to boost the country’s economy.

The event is organised by Africa Business Media, publishers of the Ghana Business & Finance magazine, and BusinessDay Media Limited, publishers of BusinessDay Nigeria, in partnership with the Ministry of Trade.
With the berthing in Ghana, BusinessDay promises to provide the Ghanaian stakeholders and the business community with rich business content by the best Ghanaian economic journalists and analysts.

The publication of BusinessDay Ghana follows a business combination that involves two Ghanaian media institutions, LIZIDEL Company Limited (publishers of Economic Tribune Newspaper) and African Business Media (publishers of Ghana Business & Finance Magazine).
This business combination is expected to change the face of business and financial journalism in Ghana and produce a paper that would offer readers value for their money.
After the presentation today, BusinessDay Ghana would hit newsstands with interesting stories every Monday for some months, and will subsequently become a daily paper.
